We collect personal data only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver a project, and (if you become a customer) administer the work and any aftercare. Our legal basis is "legitimate interests" for general enquiries and "contract performance" for active customers.

- Our quoting and accounting software providers, who process data on our behalf under written contract
- Suppliers and subcontractors who need delivery details for a specific job — only the minimum required

Enquiries that don't become projects: deleted within 12 months. Active customer records: retained for 7 years after the final invoice (statutory tax requirement). Photographs of completed work may be retained indefinitely as portfolio material — please tell us at the time if you'd prefer your job not to appear publicly.
